She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Carroll and Maline Carroll (Dodson); and her son Jeff Pernell. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Pernell of White Bluff, TN.; her children, Tracy Pernell of White Bluff, TN, Andrea Owen of White Bluff, TN and Monte Pernell of White Bluff, TN.; her daughter-in-law Donna Pernell of White Bluff, TN.; her sister-in-law Jeanette Carroll of Nashville, TN.; her grandchildren, Brandon Pernell (Catherine), Jon Pernell, Briana Owen and Kaylee Owen; her great grandchild Josie Pernell; and her son-in-law Brian Owen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
