He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Dudley Cocke, Sr. and Nancy Williams Cathey; his son Casey Sterling Cocke; and his siblings, Patricia Cauthren, Betsy Jean Cocke and Baby.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce C. Cocke; his children, Angela Ingram (Tim) and Jeffrey Ray Cocke (Lorie); his grandchildren, Lucas Ray Ingram (Tara), Hanna Grace Ingram, Hunter Dudley Cocke (Raven) and Emily Hughes (Drew); and his great grandchildren, Millie Hughes, Ivy Lynn Terlecki-Cocke, Iris Rae Terlecki-Cocke, Maddie Hughes and Zayden Gingerich.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Dickson County.
