He is survived by: his mother Connie Champion Evans of Cottontown, TN; his pet Shadow; his sister April DeBoer (David); his niece Harper Middleton; and his nephew Jacob Middleton of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
