He was predeceased by : his grandmother Wanda Sue Rawls. He is survived by : his parents, Tonya Grisham Atchison (Shawn) of Dickson, TN and Curtis Dale Etheridge of White House, TN; his son Braxton Lane Etheridge; his stepsisters, Shawna Phillips of Lobelville, TN and Jennifer Atchison of Dickson, TN; and his grandmother Maudie Lou Dotson of Dickson, TN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Tonya Atchison FBO Braxton Etheridge for Shane's son.
