He is survived by: his wife Kim Sandage; his children, Leah Shyra Chafin (Herb), Bethany Lee Johnson (Daniel) and Shelly Amber Sandage; his grandchildren, Jayla Shyra Sandage, Kimla Grace Johnson, Raylee Marie Johnson and Timothy Lee Record; and his siblings, Melvine Hawkins, Della Zelsdorf, Susie Sandage and Bob Sandage.
