He is survived by: his son Phillip Kelley (Diane) of White House, TN; his granddaughters, Stacey Stoddard (Russell) of Springfield, TN and Tracey Bertram (Brad) of Glasgow, KY; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachel and Ethan Bertram. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
