He is survived by: his sons, David Hicks (Angela) and Chris Hicks (Jessica); his brothers, Gary Hicks and Ricky Hicks (Lori); his friend Don Harris; and his nephew Spencer Hicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with numerous other family and friends.
