She was predeceased by: her parents, James Basil and Jessie Mae Turner Thomas; the father of her children Ed Curtis; her children, Jackie Boyd Curis and Renee Priest; and her siblings, Rondold, Raymond Thomas, Netta Emberton and Nelda Pardue.
She is survived by: her son Tommy Curtis (Vera) of Orlinda, TN; her grandchildren, Chrissy Shanks, Ashley Thompson, Paige Bryant, Caity Yokely, Matt Priest, Chelsea Kirk and Ryker Curtis; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Emily, Megan, Henry, Bentley, Briar, Hayden, Paxton, Sarah and Asa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home White House (533 TN-76, White House, TN 37188). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
