He is survived by: his father Lee Collins, Sr. (Rebecca) of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, Lee Collins, Jr. (Becca), Sherry Baldwin (Josh) of Edmonton, KY and April Marlar (Davy) of Union City, TN; and his stepsiblings, Chad (Virginia) and Jana Kennedy (Alvin) of White House, TN. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 2 great nephews.
