He is survived by: his wife Ana Mercedes Guerrero of White House, TN; his stepsisters, Linda Sarmiento of Murfreesboro, TN, Nayadeth Sarmiento and Columbia; his brothers, James Livingston and Ron Livingston; and his half-sister Judy Livingston of Michigan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
