He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Monroe and Bertha Mae Prince Elliott; his wife Beverly Elliott; his son Steve Elliott; and his siblings, Leroy "Bud" Elliott, Elizabeth Wright and Etta Faye Coffman.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel "Bud" Elliott, Jr. (Christa) of Portland, TN, Delores "Dee" England (Ronny) of Cottontown, TN and Frances Lewis (Randy) of White House, TN; and his great grandchild Pappaw.
