She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ray and Betty Jo Tuberville Willis; and her brother Richard Willis. She is survived by: her husband Mike Cunningham; her children, Heather Hembree (John) of White House, TN and Christopher Cunningham of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Jerry Willis (Trish) and Brenda Keeler (Bobby) of Cottontown, TN; her grandchildren, Mikey, Blake, Chloe and Macy; and her great grandchild Ezra.
