He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rogers and Lucille Rogers of Lenoir City, TN.; and his brothers, Jack, Kenneth, Cleo and Marvin.
He is survived by: his sisters, JoAnn Turpin and Brenda Atkins; his wife Gail; his children, David (Crystal) and Patti Porter (Chad); his grandchildren, Christina, Richi, Savanah, Erica, Maddie, Erin and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Lily, Alexis, Raiden, Rowan and Raelynn; and his siblings, Billy, Jeff, Thelma Young, Mary Arthur and Betty Farmer.
