He was predeceased by: his father Tom McNeely. He is survived by: his mother Carol McNeely; his siblings, Teresa Hardy and Mike McNeely (Christie Oakley); his children, Michael Paxton, Sydnee Broyles (Peyton) and Mason Middleton (Baylee); his uncles, Danny White (Susan) and Bill Chapman; his nieces and nephews, Logan McNeely, Lauren O'Brien, Jake McNeely, Cara Hardy and Sabrina Hardy; his cousins, Kathy Hagman, Susan Woody, Sam Chapman, Joseph White of Gabe White, I. J, Emily Cook, Jeff White and Anna White; and his grandchildren, Bo and Bennett Broyles.
