It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Taylor of White Pine, Tennessee, who passed away on September 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Richard; her son Shawn Lindsey; and her siblings, John Penland (Sandy) and Libby Briggs (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
