He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia J. Smith; his sons, Robby Smith and Tracy Smith; his parents, Theodore Smith and Myrtle Jarnigan Smith; and his siblings, J. C., Howard, Harold, Donald, Homer, Clyde, Mattie Reed and Daisy Broyles.
He is survived by : his children, Kim Wolfe (Stan) and Jason Lee Smith; his stepson Michael Southerland (Missy); his daughter-in-law Rose Ann Smith; and his niece Karen Yates. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
