He is survived by: his wife Lisa Holbert Cortez; his children, Jamie Cortez (Kim) and Jodi Cortez-Croft (Patrick); his grandsons, Zac Cortez (Madison), Zeke Cortez and Zandon Cortez; and his siblings, Juan, Shelia and Elena Cortes. He is also survived by many cousins, neices and nephews.
