He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Frazier and Mattie Lou Frazier; his siblings, Burle Frazier, Bud Frazier (William David) and Margie Snider; and his nephews, Mike Snider, Danny Snider and Dale Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Koella Frazier; his daughter Wetherly Frazier Kennedy (Mark); his grandsons, Keeling and Brooks Kennedy; his stepchildren, Jon Koella (Sherry), Louis "Bummi" Koella (Elizabeth), Julie Mayshark, Jenny Koella and Will Koella (Jill); his stepgrandchildren, Carver, Alex Koella, Maggie Koella Jernigan, Zoller, Rex Mayshark, Carrie Anne Koella, Henry and Thomas Koella; his stepgreat-grandchild Conner Jernigan; and his nieces and nephews, Jane Frazier, Linda Shultz, Randy Frazier, Robin Snider, Dave Snider, Sherri Snider, Patti Miller, Robert Frazier and Karen Frazier.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Paul Presbyterian Cemetery (4560 St Paul Rd, Morristown, TN 37813). A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (1729 Main St, White Pine, TN 37890).
