She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Sandefur and Everett Sandefur; her son Allen Brian Brooks; her grandson David Scott Brooks; her brother Kenneth Sandefur; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Brooks of Oklahoma.
She is survived by: her sons, David Brooks (Jackie) and Gary Brooks; her granddaughter Megan Brooks; her great grandchildren, Hank Jarnagin, Eliza Jarnagin and Stella Brooks; her siblings, Alene Campbell of Tazewell, Alma Williams of Haskell, TN. and Jim Sandefur (Edna) of Biloxi, MS.; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Brooks and Ray Brooks of Tazewell, TN.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). An entombment was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum of Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
