She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Horner; her parents, Carl Russell and Frankie Russell of St. Clair; her sisters, Mary Caudill of Morristown and Willie Faye Carter of St. Clair; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Jodi Horner of Whitesburg.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Horner (Kim) and Patti Horner of Whitesburg; her granddaughter Casey Coyne (Jeffrey) of Russellville; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and William.
