He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie Castle; his children, Robert Thomas Womack (Hailey), Cody Lavon Womack and Amber Holder; his mother Betty Womack; his brothers, J. R. Womack (Sue), Thomas Womack (Lynn) and Ronnie Womack (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Tremec, Tenley, Easton, Allisyn, Carl, Weston, Grayson, Gabriel, Adalley, Asher, Joseph, Wesley, Libby and Mary.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jasper Memorial Funeral Home (150 Cornerstone Dr, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
