He was predeceased by: his son Danny Jones Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jones; his children, Ray Jones, Russell Jones, Richard Jones, Tammy Jones, Steve Turner and Ella Jones; and his brother Donny Jones. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Whitwell Memorial Cemetery (9800 Valley View Hwy, Whitwell, TN 37397).
