He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Bolyard (Lee) of Kingwood, WV. and Charles E. Bolyard, Sr.; and his wife Anita Joy (Hollis). He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Bolyard and Sheena Haller (Roger Haller, Jr.); his grandson Hollis Haller; his brother Charles E. Bolyard, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Sandy (Livengood).
