She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jimmy Newby; her parents, Alva Nell Henry and Robert "Bob" Henry; her siblings, Teresa Condra, Mary Sue Ritchie, Thomas Henry and Robert Henry; her children, Tracie Kilgore (Billy), Ronnie Ramsey of Whitwell, TN and Kristy West (Mike) of Dunlap; her grandchildren, Bailey Kilgore (Bailey), Blake Ramsey, Jaylyn West, Logan, Tyler Kilgore and Lacie Ramsey of Whitwell; her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Blakelyn, Adalyn, Channing Kilgore and Tinsley Layne; and her siblings, Beverly Payne, Doyle Henry of Jasper, TN and Arlene Terry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Whitwell Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (795 Morrison Springs Rd, Whitwell, TN 37397). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Red Hill Cemetery.
