He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis I. Mabe; his parents, Howard E. Mabe and Wavie Mabe; and his siblings, Charolotte Floyd, Jack Mabe and Dwight Mabe.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Mabe (Randi) of Whitwell and Amanda Cash (Chris) of Whitwell; his sister Shelia Levan; his grandchildren, Mason Mabe, Tucker Mabe, Holstyn Mabe, Cameron Cash, Kelsey Cash, Kynlee Long (Bryant) and Parker Griffith; and his great grandchildren, Callie Parker, Cash Parker, Koen Parker, Layton Long and Cove Long.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Griffith Creek Cemetery (5635 Old Dunlap Rd, Whitwell, TN 37397).
