It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Drabbant Jordan of Whitwell, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hoosier and Mildred Hall Lawson; and her husband Clifford Jordan. She is survived by: her children, William "Peanut" Williams (Vanita), Wayne Jordan (Amy), Troy Williams (Deborah), Steve Jordan (Edith), Jeff Williams, James Drabbant, Mike Ragan, Sharon Nance, Cyndi Webb and Cindy Williams (Tom); and her grandchildren, Justin Price Evans, Aaron Williams, Kaleb Williams, Amber Hammontree, Brandy Couch, Tamara Berry, Jacqueline Olgibee, Dakota Jordan, Candace Payne, Kyle Ragan Max Ragan, Belle Ragan, Heather Samples, Ashley Potts, Felicia Williams, Kayla Pearson, Sean Evans, Tyler Hampton, Leigh Lawrence and Brooke Yates.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home Is Pastor Doug Ramsey (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A burial was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens (3076 Main St, Jasper, TN 37347).
