He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mae Carter; his children, Steven Carter and Melinda Pierce; and his grandchildren, Sereana Pierce, Sheldon Pierce, Vincent Pierce, Desiray Carter, Stephan Carter, Colton Griffith, Jase Griffith and Benjamin Carter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
