He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson McCurry Sr. and Andrea McCurry; and his uncle Kenny McCurry Sr.. He is survived by: his son Travis Britton (Crystal); his sister Kimberly Payne (Mary Steele); his grandchildren, Alex Britton and River Phillips; his uncle Richard McCurry; his sibling's children, Braxton McCurry, Weston Foote and Gabby Steele (Payton); and his significant other Ellie Morton.
