She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Haynes Peery and Margaret Katherine Savage Peery; her husband Carl Jr.; her daughter Oleita Harris Conner; and her sister Joyce Peery Barnhill.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia and Will Harris (Nancy); her granddaughters, Stephanie Webber (Kris) and Laura Leigh Kruckeberg (Joe); her son-in-law Neal Conner; her grandsons, Dr. Christopher Conner (Lindsay) and Dr. Spencer Conner (Kayla); her niece Brenda Faulkner (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Walker Webber, Turner Webber, Indie Conner, Nola Conner, Adair Conner, Liliana Conner and Emmy Conner.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Delk Cemetery.
