He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Copeland and Hazel Blankenship; his son Antony Chessor; and his brother Freddie Copeland. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Green Copeland of Williston, Tennessee; his son Russ Chessor (Christy) of Ashland, Virginia; his siblings, Jill Copeland of Collierville, Tennessee and Jock Copeland (Joni) of Collierville, Tennessee; and his grandsons, Zachary and Matthew Chessor.
