She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee McNeely of Winchester; her father Billy Wayne Limbaugh of Winchester; her brothers, Larry Limbaugh (Terri) of Winchester and Mark Limbaugh of Winchester; and her children, Lenzi Long of Winchester, Sarah Limbaugh of Winchester, Britney Limbaugh of Belvidere and Tyler Limbaugh of Winchester. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.
