He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Kelly" Dayett and Dorothy Dayett; his father-in-law Richard Doran; and his great-niece Amelia Fandrich. He is survived by: his wife Christine Doran Dayett; his sons, Chase Dayett and Garrett Dayett; his sisters, Karen Piazza and Darlene Pollock (David); his mother-in-law Janet Doran; his siblings-in-law, Mark and Sheri McCoig (Mitchell); his nieces and nephews, Dave Pollock, Kris Pollock (Bob Blair), Nicole Cooper (Sam), Vanessa Fandrich (Jonathan), Whitney Etheridge, MacKay Doran and Turner Doran; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Holden Fandrich, Justin Mosley, Burt Blair, Charlotte Cooper and Mabel Cooper; and his nieces, Marsha Charles (Richard), Krystal Jones, Stephanie Hunt (Patrick) and Juli King (Tyler).
