He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Starnes and Lona Starnes (Duke); and his brothers, Tony Moorehead and Dwayne Brown. He is survived by: his wife Jody Starnes; his children, Kevin Starnes (Bridget) and Tracy Edwards (John); his grandchildren, Mason Starnes, Micah Starnes, Kai Starnes, Tripp Edwards and Jack Edwards; and his sisters, Pam Arnold and Teresa Gifford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
