He is survived by: his parents, Cherryl Evans Backus and Dennis Backus, Sr.; his children, Kambrie Harrison (Tyler) and Raelynn Backus; his sister Kathy Finch; his grandchildren, Harper Harrison and Henley Harrison; his nieces, Alexia Finch and Vanessa Finch; his close friend Cherie Gunsell; his granddaughter Emmarie Gunsell; and also, Chris, Brandon, Cheyanne and Cherea Gunsell.
