She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Burks; her son-in-law LoAnza Burks; her granddaughter Kendra Burks (Lochelle); her great grandchild Kyson Jai Irwin; her siblings, Elizabeth (Sparkie), Jody Simmons of Winchester, Alma Fuqua of Winchester, Willie Fuqua of Winchester, Pete Fuqua (Natalie) of Winchester and Mike Fuqua (Estella) of Winchester; her sisters-in-law, Linda Fuqua of Winchester and Wilma Fuqua of Winchester; her uncle James Simmons (Dora); her nephew Jerry Simmons; and her close friends, Elizabeth Coutta, Sherry, Olivia Plante, Toni Hill-McCrary, Roxann Green and Vicki Hall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
