He was predeceased by: his father Carl Stevens; his brother Mike Stevens; and his mother-in-law Nancy Hall. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hall Stevens; his daughter Carlie Gaby (Andrew); his grandsons, Langley and Gunner Gaby; his father-in-law Jerry Hall; his brother-in-law Mitch Hall (Joetta); his niece Chloe Hall; his nephew Ryan Pitocco; and his pets, Cleo, Nelson, Izzy, Murphy and Cozmo.
