She was predeceased by: her father Frank Salerno; and her husband Daniel E. Frye. She is survived by: her children, Frank Caccoma (Sandy) of Hyde Park, Daniel S. Frye of Winchester and Donna Alford (Richard); and her stepdaughter Darlene Greene (Dennis) of Old Bethpage. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association or St Jude Children's Hospital.
