She was predeceased by: her parents, Major E. Spradlin and Leona Lee Spradlin (Hambric); her husband Billy Wayne Miller; her siblings, James Spradlin, Johnny Spradlin and Madison "Woose" Spradlin; her granddaughter Shelby Valentine Rentz; and her stepchildren, Lisa Miller Roberts and Timothy Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Stephens (Vicky Sims) and Debbie Valentine; her grandson Collin Valentine; her stepdaughter Annette Miller; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Elizabeth, Scarlett and Millie Rentz; her nephew Kevin Spradlin; and her great-nephew Jeremy Damion Spradlin.
