We announce the death of Jeannie C Miller (Winchester, Tennessee), who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 54. Jeannie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Gipson and Imogene Davis Gipson; her aunt Ernestine Gipson; and her uncle John Allen Davis. She is survived by: her brother Richard A. Gipson (Tina); her nephews, Calen Gipson, Sam Gipson and Luke Owens (Josie); her niece Grace Owens; her great-nephew Bodie Allen Owens; her cousins, Melissa Gipson and Sherri Owens (Jeff); and her aunts and uncles, Linda Acree, Bobbi Wheat, Larry Davis (Karen) and John W. Gipson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
