He was predeceased by: his father Tally Edward Williams, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Renee Williams France (Robbie "Sir Robert") of Petersburg; his child-in-law Tenn; his grandchildren, Ellison Gray "Ellie Gray" and Emery Payton; and his siblings, Tally Williams, Jr., Joe Ed Williams, Frank E. Williams, Bobbye Stoolefire (Art), Emma Sandberg (Earl), Joyce Moore (Chad), Peggy Smithson (Jack), Linda Vaughan (Kenneth) and Doris Eldridge. He is also survived by Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many, many friends.
