He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Marie Smith Proctor; and his wife Chelle Lack. He is survived by: his son Justin Lack (Hannah); his granddaughter Chelle Lack; and his siblings, Penny Gilbert, Robin Proctor and Joey Proctor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
