He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McClain and Musette McClain (Thompson); his former wife Margaret McClain; his sister Rena Pederson; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Pederson and Chuck Comeaux.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Stewart McClain; his children, Tina Smith (Charlie), Janet Pack (Terry), Jimmy "Darrell" McClain (Christie) and Clark McClain (Carrie); and his sister Gail Comeaux. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home & Memorial Park (405 Sharp Springs Rd, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Winchester Christian Academy.
