She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Garner; her husband Paul Dotson; her children, Robin Evette Potts and Michael Floyd Garner; her siblings, Joyce Bradford and Kenneth Garner; and her granddaughter-in-law Tonya Steele.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Garner (Patsy), Jeff Garner (Deborah) and David Garner; her grandchildren, John Garner (Amanda Boyd), Robert Steele, Michelle Steele, Wayne Garner, Tyler Garner, Alan Reed, Brandi Garner Matthews and Kyle Garner; and her great grandchildren, Christian Wilson, Madison Steele and Allie Steele. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
