He is survived by: his parents, Smith McMillan and Mary Ann McMillan (Fowler); his son Jason (Melissa McMillan); his stepson John Pickett (Abby); his son-in-law Tanner DeBoard; his siblings, Carolyn Wenger (Ray) and Mark McMillan (Tanya); and his sister-in-law Denise McMillan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
