She is survived by: her husband Jackie Baxter of Winchester; her son Jody Hayes (Andrea) of Estill Springs; her grandchildren, Garrett Hayes (Annabella) of Huntland, Anzleigh Gore and Adleigh Gore; and her brothers, Jerry Crownover (Kathy) of Winchester, Richie Crownover of Winchester and Benny Crownover (Debbie) of Winchester.
