It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leida Joyce Powers Young of Winchester, Tennessee, born in Decherd, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her sons, Steve Young (Kim) and Greg Young (Cindy); her grandchildren, Stacy Carter (Andy), Ryan Young and Gage Young; her great grandchildren, Aahna Carter, Sydney Carter, Presley Carter, Lily Carter and Gavin Young; her sisters, Linda Rose and Louise Duncan; and her caregivers, Gina and James Brewer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special friends.
