She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Sparks; her spouse BJ Evans; her brother Jerome; and her grandson Steven. She is survived by: her children, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Andy Williams, Michael Bublé, Steve, Ken and Gale; her grandson Nicholas; and her great grandchild Christian.
