He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Louise Smith; and his grandparents, Laura Ellen Smith and Charles Houston Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hill Smith; and his daughters, Briana Frazier (Nick) and Laura Ashlynn Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
