She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen Acklen and Albert Starnes; and her uncle Lynn Acklen. She is survived by: her parents, Tony Ray and Vicki Acklen (Starnes); her sister Kara Axt (Richard); her niece Saylor Axt; her grandfathers, Billie Jo and Ray Damron; her aunt Cathy Miller (Raymond); her great-aunt Doris Prince; and her pet Cooper.
