He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Edward and Audrey Ottley (Lynas). He is survived by : his wife Margaret Ottley; his sons, Jacob Ottley, Jonah Ottley, Joel Ottley (P. T.) and Josiah Ottley (Meredith); and his siblings, Daniel Ottley (Amabella) and Karen Ottley Sticher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
